STRUGGLES & CHALLENGES:

I am struggling with falling into old habits, mainly, eating out.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I lost my 1 lb, and then some!
I have mostly maintained my water intake to 4-8 glasses a day.
I tracked every day this week.
I exercised twice

NEXT WEEKS GOALS:
Lose 1 lb.
Walk the dog three days.
Exercise at least twice.
Track my food every day
No eating out
