Week 7, 2/14-2/20

WEEKLY WEIGH IN: 1.8 lbs. lost!

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 11 lbs.

STRUGGLES & CHALLENGES:
I struggled, internally, with working out this week. I just couldn't
make myself do it.

I also struggled with sticking to my low carb diet. I ate out twice this
week!

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I lost my 1 lb, and then some!
I have maintained my water intake to 4-8 glasses a day.



WHAT I LEARNED:
Just this morning, I learned that excersize does make a difference. I weighed myself and I was 2 lbs up in weight, I did a little exercise....and I do mean little....and I was suddenly down .2 lbs!

NEXT WEEKS GOALS:
Lose 1 lb.
Walk the dog three days.
Exercise at least twice.
Track my food every day
