Week 6, 2/6-2/13

WEEKLY WEIGH IN: 3.2 lbs. lost!

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 9.2 lbs.

STRUGGLES & CHALLENGES:
I swear my legs were swollen from my workouts last week, so I was forced
to take a break. I have not been able to get myself back on that horse,
yet.

GIRL SCOUTS COOKIES!!! I had a very "bad" weekend, but I managed to keep
up my water intake and I still managed to lose a pound!

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Got lots of cleaning done = lots of calories burned.
I tracked my food every day.
I have increased my water intake to 4-8 glasses a day.

NEXT WEEKS GOALS:
Lose 1 lb.
Walk the dog three days.
Exercise at least twice.
Track my food every day
