Week 5, 1/30-2/6

WEEKLY WEIGH IN: 1 lb. lost!

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 6 lbs.

STRUGGLES & CHALLENGES:
Stressed out quite a bit this week. It was hard not to eat some of those
comfort foods I crave.

I didn't think about the fact that cereal is also processed carbs. Ugh!
Had to cut back on that, which makes breakfast more difficult.

I gained almost two inches in my waist and but lost it in my hips?
Apparently, this was, once again water weight.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I got lots of exercise in, including two workout videos.
I tracked my food.

REVELATIONS:
It is okay to break down and have a treat sometimes, just eat in
moderation and, if you don't, then dust yourself off and try again.
