Weightloss Wednesday - Week 2

This is where I am started (09/05/2012)
This week: 1 lb.
All together: 2 lb.

Challenges this week:
  • It has been difficult to eat this week. I have been skipping lunch, so I haven't been eating.
  • When I have been hungry, I have been sick and craving Whoppers!
  • It has been difficult for me to make time to track my food
  • And especially difficult for me to find time to exercise

My accomplishments this week:
  • I am still journeying...
  • I lost one pound, again! That's two weeks in a row!

My goals for next week:
  • Create my menu for the week.
  • Get in three 30 minute exercises (no matter what they are).
  • Take my meds like I am supposed to.
  • Start tracking my meals again.
