Week 3, 1/16-1/23

WEEKLY WEIGH IN: 1 lb. lost!

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 3.4 lbs.

STRUGGLES & CHALLENGES:

My weight appears to have gone up slightly, but I am still right on
track (3 weeks, 3 lbs.).

It is still very difficult to talk myself into exercising. I have
resorted to even counting my cleaning in my exercise. Hey, every little
bit counts, right?

I also got sick this week and wasn't able to eat all of my calories.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I have maintained a reduced carb diet.
I tracked my food every day.
I avoided the birthday cake at work!
